About the Role

This position is responsible for supporting the Maintenance and Engineering Departments.

Position Responsibilities

Responsibilities include creating, drafting, and implementing new equipment and facility PM’s as well as revising existing PM’s for effectiveness and efficiency. This position will help maintain site facility and equipment drawings, records, and SOP’s. Works closely with the maintenance and Engineering team on the planning, scheduling, and coordinating of work activities along with the inventory control associated with these activities. Will act as backup administrator of our CMMS system, provide reports to management along with other support functions as needed.

  Including:

  • Monitoring of Daily Time Sheets
  • Completion of work on time
  • Past due work orders
  • Top 10 Cost Centers
  • Creating asset files.
  • Requisition, receive, record, stock and issue spare parts and supplies for the Maintenance stockroom.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

About You

Associates degree or the equivalent combination of post secondary education, technical training and work experience associated with Maintenance, Engineering or Facilities.

  • Preferred working knowledge of AutoCAD for updating and maintaining facility and equipment drawings.
  • Preferred experience with Maintenance Planning and Scheduling
  • Preferred High Level Skills of Microsoft Word, Excel, PP and Outlook
  • Preferred working knowledge of CMMS, OEE and TPM
  • Must have the ability to read, comprehend and apply written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Must have Strong Attention to Detail, Excellent Communication, and Organizational skills.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must also be able to work well within a team.
  • Ability to wear personal protective clothing/equipment and hearing protection where required.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
