About the Role

You will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent to our headquarters located in Baudette, MN. If you are a highly motivated and results-oriented individual who excels at building relationships and thinks innovatively, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. This position will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to closing offers. You will collaborate closely with HR, hiring managers, and external partners to enhance the recruitment experience and achieve hiring goals. Also, this role will work with regional universities to support university recruitment efforts. Only considering local candidates (within a 3-hour drive to Baudette, MN) given the weekly onsite presence needed to fulfill this role.

Position Responsibilities

  • Utilize various sourcing methods (job postings/boards, LinkedIn, networking, and employee referrals) to identify potential candidates.
  • Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidate’s qualifications and experience.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with both hiring managers and team members.
  • Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidates’ skills, cultural fit, and motivation.
  • Provide candidates with positive candidate experience.
  • Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate compensation packages, and facilitate the offer acceptance process.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for ANI to attract top-tier talent.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and academic institutions to establish a robust campus recruitment network.
  • Collaborate with career centers, faculty, and student organizations to promote ANI Pharmaceuticals as an employer of choice.

Education / Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Previous experience as a recruiter, agency recruitment, or talent acquisition is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to travel to various university campuses as needed.
  • Proven experience with relationship building and a results-driven approach.
